Indulge in warm Cinnamon Chip Muffins, ready in 40 minutes. Perfect with a glass of milk.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup cinnamon-flavored baking chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a standard muffin tin with 12 paper baking cups.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. In a separate small bowl, mix oil, milk, egg, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Add in the cinnamon chips and divide the batter evenly among muffin cups.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan to a cooling rack. Enjoy warm, if preferred.
