5 ingredients, 10-minute creamy soy hot chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups light chocolate soymilk
  • 2 oz semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, gently warm up soymilk, chocolate, vanilla, and cinnamon over low heat, stirring continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture turns smooth.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat while stirring constantly. Then, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring frequently to blend the flavors.
  • Top each serving with a dollop of fluffy whipped topping.
