Irresistible cinnamon apple pudding cake with optional apples and walnuts. Serve warm with whipped cream for a stunning dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1.75 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.75 cup apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Create a well in the center and add milk. Stir until well combined, then transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
  • Combine brown sugar, water, and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour this delicious mixture over the batter in the pan, then sprinkle with nuts and chopped apples.
  • "Enjoy a perfectly baked cake by placing it in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve warm."
