Impress loved ones with easy homemade streusel bread for a heartfelt treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (13.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Streusel Muffin & Quick Bread Mix
  • 1/3 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease the bottom of a 9x5-inch loaf pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Combine Muffin Mix, flour, water, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl, stirring just until blended (it's okay if the batter is lumpy). Spread the batter in the pan and sprinkle with Streusel topping.
  • Bake for 38 to 43 minutes until the top is golden brown and springs back when touched lightly. Let it cool for 15 minutes, then run a knife around the edges of the pan and remove the cake. Allow it to cool completely for about 45 minutes before slicing.
