Elevate your iced coffee with Cinnamon Toast Crunch-infused milk, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and cereal topping. A delightful morning indulgence!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup coffee beans
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream, if desired
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • Additional cereal, if desired, crushed
Instructions:
  • Grind coffee to a medium-fine consistency. Transfer the coffee to a spacious glass container. Mix in cold water. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Filter the coffee through a fine mesh strainer, then strain it again using a coffee filter to remove the grounds.
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a 15x10x1-inch pan with foil. 2. Spread 3 cups of cereal on the pan and bake for 10 minutes; then stir and bake for an additional 5 minutes until toasted. 3. Allow the cereal to cool for 10 minutes and transfer it to a large bowl. 4. Add milk to the cereal, stir well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 5. Strain the milk mixture through a strainer to remove solids before using.
  • Combine cold coffee and milk in a 2-quart glass pitcher. Serve by pouring into glasses over ice and topping with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and crushed cereal.
