Indulge in scrumptious Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Coffee Cake Muffins with a sweet Cinnadust™ streusel topping. Perfect for a cozy treat anytime!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (14.8 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Coffee Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on coffee cake mix box
  • 1/3 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Frosting
  • 1/2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F (400°F for dark or nonstick pan) and line 12 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • Combine coffee cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until just blended (don't worry if the batter is lumpy). Divide evenly into muffin cups (about 3 tablespoons each) and top with Streusel, pressing lightly.
  • Bake for 15 to 19 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan on a rack for 5 minutes, then carefully remove from the pan and transfer to a cooling rack. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Prepare a cooling rack with muffins placed over a cookie sheet or waxed paper. Microwave frosting in a small microwavable bowl on High for 10 to 15 seconds until it reaches a thin drizzling consistency. Use a fork to drizzle half of the frosting over the muffins, then sprinkle cereal pieces on top. Finish by drizzling the remaining frosting over the cereal pieces.
