Baby carrots, a convenient and tasty snack, glazed with sweet cinnamon for extra flavor in no time. Perfect for lunches or as a quick side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bunches baby (Dutch) carrots, trimmed, peeled
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) water
  • 30g butter, chopped
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • Large pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine carrots, water, butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Simmer, cover, and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Continue cooking uncovered for an additional 4 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and the sauce thickens slightly.
