Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 0.125 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions:
