Garlic salt seasoned pork ribs baked with a homemade barbeque sauce for a classic, mouthwatering dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (4 pound) package pork spareribs
  • 1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 cup white vinegar
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 4 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season ribs generously with aromatic garlic salt before elegantly arranging them in a roasting pan.
  • Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, celery salt, chili powder, salt, dry mustard, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl, then pour the mixture over the ribs.
  • Roast the meat, brushing with the flavorful pan drippings every 30 minutes, until it easily separates from the bone, approximately 90 minutes.
