Elevate your Sunday lamb roast with classic mint sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 10.00 gm caster sugar
  • 500.00 ml mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) white wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine sugar and one tablespoon of boiling water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add mint leaves and vinegar, then mix until well combined.
  • Pair with succulent roast lamb.
