Versatile Hollandaise Sauce perfect for veggies, fish, steak, roast beef, and Eggs Benedict!
Ingredients:
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon cold water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Whisk egg yolks, lemon juice, cold water, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Slowly whisk in the yolk mixture. Keep whisking over low heat for 8 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
