Elevate your summer cocktail with a refreshing cucumber swizzle stick for a professional flair.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml Pimm's
  • 750ml ginger ale
  • 750ml lemonade
  • 2000.00 ml ice cubes
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 small orange, thinly sliced
  • 8 sprigs fresh mint
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, thickly sliced lengthways, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine Pimm's, ginger ale, lemonade, ice cubes, cucumber, orange, and mint in a 3-liter jug, stirring thoroughly.
  • Divide the mixture among serving glasses and top each with a cucumber slice. Serve promptly.
