Wholesome banana oat cookies made with mashed bananas and honey. Sugar-free, gluten-free, perfect clean-eating treats.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats, or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine the mashed bananas, milk, egg, honey, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until thoroughly incorporated. Adjust by adding more oats if needed for desired consistency.
  • Using a spoon, place dollops of batter a few inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven, preheated to perfection, until the tops are dry and the edges turn a beautiful golden hue, approximately 15 minutes.
