Indulge in the irresistible flavors of this classic Cobb salad.
Ingredients:
  • 16 green king prawns, shelled and deveined, tail on
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 baby cos lettuce, washed and chopped
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled and quartered
  • 12 slices of smoked salmon
  • 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 200g triple cream brie cheese, sliced
  • Fresh chives, chopped
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • 132.50 gm Deli Style Ranch Dressing
Instructions:
  • Thread the prawns onto 4 bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water.
  • Season the prawns generously with salt and pepper, then grill on a hot BBQ for just 2 minutes per side.
  • Start by finely chopping the lettuce and placing it on a plate. Next, artfully arrange the prawn skewers, egg, smoked salmon, avocado slices, tomatoes, and brie cheese on top of the lettuce. Finish by seasoning with salt, pepper, chopped chives, and dill for a burst of flavors.
  • Drizzle with Praise Deli Style Ranch Dressing before serving.
