Indulgent Cobb salad bursting with crispy bacon, hard-boiled eggs, chicken, tomatoes, creamy blue cheese, avocado, and green onions. Irresistible!
Ingredients:
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 3 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 0.75 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Ranch-style salad dressing
Instructions:
  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water; bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool, peel, and chop.
  • After the eggs are placed to cook, brown the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat for 7 to 10 minutes until evenly cooked. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
  • Arrange shredded lettuce on serving plates. Layer with crispy bacon, hard-boiled eggs, grilled chicken, juicy tomatoes, creamy blue cheese crumbles, fresh green onions, and ripe avocado slices.
  • Drizzle the dish with the delicious dressing.
