Impress at your next gathering with a refreshing pineapple cocktail featuring white rum, coconut water, and zesty lime.
Ingredients:
  • 120ml Bacardi white rum
  • 90ml Bacardi Gold rum
  • 540ml pineapple juice
  • 120ml fresh lime juice
  • 180ml coconut water
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) amaretto liqueur
  • 30ml grenadine
  • Ice cubes
  • 6 coconut halves, to serve (see note)
  • Fresh pineapple leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large jug, mix the Bacardis, juices, coconut water, amaretto, grenadine, and ice cubes together.
  • Fill the coconut halves with the mixture and garnish with pineapple leaves and fresh orchids before serving.
