Creamy coconut milk and smooth cold brew coffee concentrate mixed, poured over ice, and finished with fragrant cardamom-infused toasted coconut.
Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 14 ounces Gevalia® Cold Brew Concentrate - House Blend
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 (14 ounce) can light coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar, or to taste
  • 1 tray ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a small pan over medium heat, toast coconut flakes with a pinch of cardamom. Stir constantly until light golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • In a blender, combine cold brew concentrate, 1/8 teaspoon cardamom, coconut milk, coconut extract, and sweetener. Blend for 5-6 seconds until well combined.
  • Place a generous amount of ice in 3 large glasses. Pour the coffee mixture equally into each glass and finish with a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top.
