Tropical coconut-banana rum cocktail - a creamy delight.
Ingredients:
  • 30ml Malibu liqueur
  • 30ml dark rum
  • 1/2 small banana, peeled, chopped
  • 14.40 gm honey
  • 125.00 ml ice cubes
  • 30ml pouring cream
  • Fresh mint leaves, to serve
  • Sliced banana, to decorate
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend Malibu, rum, cream, banana, and honey until smooth. Add ice and blend again. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with fresh mint and a banana slice.
