Easy yet impressive dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled
  • 1/4 rockmelon, peeled, deseeded
  • 8 strawberries
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 35g (1/2 cup) shredded coconut
  • Thick fruit yoghurt, to serve
  • Extra honey, to serve
Instructions:
  • Cut the bananas, kiwifruit, and rockmelon into 8 pieces each. Wash and hull the strawberries. Thread the bananas, kiwifruit, rockmelon, and strawberries onto bamboo skewers. Heat 1 tablespoon of honey in the microwave for 10 seconds until runny. Brush skewers with honey and roll in coconut. Serve with thick fruit yogurt drizzled with extra honey.
