Tropical fruit skewers dipped in rum-coconut yogurt for a sweet island getaway.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (6-oz.) containers Yoplait® Original Yogurt French Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract or dark rum
  • 3 tablespoons flaked coconut, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pineapple
  • 15 fresh strawberries, halved
  • 30 (1-inch) chunks fresh pineapple
  • 30 chunks kiwi fruit (about 5 medium)
Instructions:
  • Mix yogurt, rum extract, and 2 tablespoons of coconut in a small bowl until well combined. Add pineapple and enjoy right away or refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Arrange the fruit on a serving platter and sprinkle the dip with the remaining tablespoon of toasted coconut. Optionally, garnish with pineapple leaves before storing the dip in the refrigerator.
