Easy 4-ingredient coconut macaroons with a rich flavor from condensed milk.
Ingredients:
  • 5.5 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.5 teaspoons almond extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and extracts in a large mixing bowl until fully combined.
  • Spoon rounded teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto generously greased baking sheets lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned around the edges. Remove from baking sheets right away and store loosely covered at room temperature.
