1930s-inspired meringue cookies with coconut and crunchy cornflakes - a timeless treat you won't be able to get enough of!
Ingredients:
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup flaked coconut,
  • 2 cups cornflakes cereal, crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease cookie sheets.
  • Whip egg whites in a big glass or metal bowl until stiff peaks form. Stir in white sugar, then gently fold in coconut and cornflakes. Drop teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 18 minutes in the preheated oven until the coconut turns a beautiful golden color.
