Ingredients:
  • 600.00 gm jasmine rice, well-rinsed
  • 750.00 gm cold water
  • 400ml can coconut cream
  • 3cm piece ginger, peeled, sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over high heat, stirring occasionally until boiling. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, let it stand covered for another 10 minutes, then remove ginger and serve.
