Indulgent coconut rum cream with dark rum, milk chocolate, and heavy cream. Perfect over ice or in coffee.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (2.6 ounce) bar milk chocolate candy bar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon coconut extract
Instructions:
  • Gently heat cream and chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring often and scraping the sides with a rubber spatula until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • In a blender, combine the cooled chocolate mixture, condensed milk, rum, coffee granules, cinnamon, vanilla, and coconut extract. Blend on high speed until smooth.
