Fluffy rice infused with coconut water, salt, and olive oil for a flavorful twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
  • 2 cups coconut water (such as Goya®)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix rice, coconut water, water, olive oil, and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered until liquid is absorbed, approximately 15 minutes. Refrain from uncovering the lid while cooking. Fluff with a fork.
