Crab-stuffed half avocados with basil and lemon.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 10g cans always fresh crab meat, drained
  • 63.13 gm coconut cream
  • 40.00 ml basil, shredded
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
  • 4 avocados
  • Salad, to serve
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
  • Cracked pepper, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine crab, coconut cream, fragrant basil, and spicy chilli for a flavorful mixture.
  • Split each avocado in half and remove the pit. Squeeze lemon juice over the avocado halves. Fill each avocado half with crab mixture. Drizzle with oil and serve with a side salad, lemon wedges, and freshly ground pepper.
