Quick and easy creamy heart-shaped dessert ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
Cheesecloth
1cup whipping (heavy) cream
1/2 cupsour cream
1/4 cupsugar
1tablespoongratedlemon peel
1package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1cupstrawberries, cut in half
Instructions:
Place a 3-cup heart-shaped mold lined with cheesecloth.
Whip chilled heavy cream in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form. In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, except strawberries, until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Transfer the mixture into the mold, then cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Invert the dish onto a serving plate to unmold the dessert, gently remove the cheesecloth, and adorn with fresh strawberries for a beautiful presentation.
