Quick and easy creamy heart-shaped dessert ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • Cheesecloth
  • 1 cup whipping (heavy) cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut in half
Instructions:
  • Place a 3-cup heart-shaped mold lined with cheesecloth.
  • Whip chilled heavy cream in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form. In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, except strawberries, until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  • Transfer the mixture into the mold, then cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.
  • Invert the dish onto a serving plate to unmold the dessert, gently remove the cheesecloth, and adorn with fresh strawberries for a beautiful presentation.
