Coffee, vanilla and roasted pecan vodka

Prepare decadent infused vodka by starting recipe 3 weeks ahead.
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml pecans
  • 10 coffee beans
  • 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 750ml vodka
  • 50ml Tia Maria
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 190C/170C fan forced. Spread pecans on a baking tray and roast for 5-6 minutes until they turn golden. Allow them to cool completely.
  • Combine nuts, coffee beans, and vanilla bean in a 750ml bottle. Add vodka and Tia Maria. Seal the bottle and allow to infuse in a cool, dark place for 2-3 weeks. Serve over ice.
