Indulgent coffee brownies made in just one dish for a delicious treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
  • 1 egg
  • 0.67 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.125 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.67 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect temperature before cooking.
  • Melt butter and chocolate chips in an 8x8 inch baking pan over medium heat on the stove, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in coffee, egg, and yolk. Sift and combine flour, sugar, and baking soda, then fold into the chocolate mixture. Stir in vanilla and coffee liqueur.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Let it cool briefly, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, and cut into squares.
