Decadent liqueur that matures beautifully over a month, perfect for gifting in adorable bottles with a festive touch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar instant espresso coffee powder
  • 3.5 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 pint vodka
  • 1 whole vanilla bean
Instructions:
  • Combine the coffee and sugar, pour in the boiling water, and stir until fully dissolved. Allow to cool.
  • Pour vodka into two 26-ounce empty bottles. Divide vanilla into 4 pieces and add to the bottles.
  • Secure the bottle lids firmly and store in a cool, dark place for one month.
