Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 20 fluid ounces vodka
Instructions:
- In a 2 quart saucepan, combine white sugar, water, instant coffee, and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Chill the coffee mixture in the fridge until cold. Remove any foam that forms on top, then mix in the vodka, stir well, and transfer to bottles.
