Delicious coffee liqueur perfect for adding flavor to your favorite drinks or desserts.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 0.25 cup instant coffee granules
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle vodka
  • 1 vanilla bean
Instructions:
  • Combine sugar, water, and instant coffee in a saucepan. Boil, then simmer gently for 1 hour. Cool completely after removing from heat.
  • After the mixture has cooled, gently incorporate the vodka. Then, insert the vanilla bean into the bottle and top it off with the coffee and vodka blend. Let the liqueur rest for 4 to 6 weeks before enjoying.
