Infused coffee-vanilla vodka with a touch of brown sugar. Perfect for sipping or gifting!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups brown sugar
- 3.5 cups water
- 0.5 cup instant coffee granules
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle vodka
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, mix together brown sugar, water, and instant coffee. Boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Take off the heat and chill until completely cool.
- Once the coffee mixture has cooled completely, add in the vanilla and vodka. Transfer the mixture into dark colored bottles and refrigerate.
