Cointreau and chocolate mousse

Indulge in our rich and creamy chocolate mousse instead of just coffee after your meal. You won't be disappointed!
Ingredients:
  • 300g good-quality dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) light olive oil
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Cointreau liqueur
Instructions:
  • Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir until smooth, then let it cool.
  • Beat egg whites in a clean, dry bowl with an electric mixer until firm peaks form. Add egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in chocolate until combined. Gradually beat in oil and Cointreau until well combined.
  • Transfer the luscious chocolate mixture into individual serving cups. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours to set perfectly. Enjoy serving and savor the decadence.
