Ingredients:
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 (3 ounce) package prosciutto
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil salted water in a large pot. 2. Cook asparagus for 4 minutes until tender yet still crisp. 3. Drain and submerge in ice water to lock in the vibrant green color. 4. Pat dry with paper towels before serving.
  • Take the asparagus and bundle them into 5 small portions, then elegantly wrap each bundle with a slice of savory prosciutto. Finish by delicately sprinkling lemon juice and zest over each bundle.
