Delicious cold sesame noodles with spicy peanut-soy dressing - perfect for on-the-go meals and outdoor gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package linguine pasta
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, or to taste
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a pot of salted water. 2. Cook linguine until al dente, for about 11 minutes.
  • Mix together peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic in a large bowl until well combined while the pasta cooks.
  • After cooking, refresh the pasta with cold water, then combine it with the sauce, ensuring each strand is well coated. Finish by garnishing with sesame seeds and freshly chopped green onion.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, until cold.
