Refreshing cold sesame noodles with toasted sesame seeds and scallions, ideal for dinner or a packed lunch. Great for meal prepping!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 0.25 cup sesame seeds
  • 0.25 cup tamari
  • 0.25 cup sesame oil
  • 2.5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sucanat

Instructions:
  • Boil a large pot of salted water. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate to cool.
  • Combine tamari, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, sucanat, and chili paste, whisking until well mixed.
  • After draining the pasta, toss it in a large bowl with dressing, sesame seeds, and green onions. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight before serving.
