Fresh basil, garlic-infused tomato sauce tossed with spaghetti for a simple and vibrant pasta salad.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe tomatoes - peeled and seeded
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 0.33300000429153 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package uncooked spaghetti
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Blend ripe tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, and a hint of sugar until silky smooth. Chill the sauce in the refrigerator.
  • Bring a generously salted pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Take the sauce out of the refrigerator and drizzle it over the spaghetti. Mix it well to ensure it is evenly coated and then garnish with Parmesan cheese before serving.
