Gourmet turkey burgers topped with coleslaw and garlic aioli make a quick and delicious dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 400g turkey mince
  • 225g coleslaw mix
  • 82.50 ml roughly chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 6 bread rolls, halved and toasted
  • Treviso (radicchio) leaves, to serve
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • 125g mayonnaise
  • 1 large garlic clove, crushed
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together the mince, coleslaw, parsley, and egg. Season with salt and pepper, then form the mixture into six patties. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare a flavorful garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise and fresh garlic in a bowl, then adding a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper for a perfect finishing touch.
  • - Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Assemble by placing radicchio leaves, patties, cucumber, and a spoonful of garlic aioli on toasted bread rolls.
