Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Add macaroni and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up until no longer pink. Drain excess fat, then melt in cream cheese and combine with condensed soup. Gradually stir in milk for a gravy-like consistency.
  • Add the macaroni and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer before serving.
