Deliciously refreshing vodka Collins cocktail with sweet and sour mix, carbonated water, and garnished with orange slice and cherry.
Ingredients:
- ice
- 3 fluid ounces sweet and sour mix
- 1.5 fluid ounces vodka
- 1 cup carbonated water
- 1 maraschino cherry, garnish
- 1 slice orange, garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare a tall glass filled with ice and a cocktail shaker with ice. Combine sweet and sour mix with vodka in the shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into the glass. Top off with carbonated water.
- Skewer a cherry onto a cocktail sword, then pierce orange slices through the peel. Hang the sword from the glass rim so the fruit rests in the drink.
