Creamy cauliflower casserole baked with cheesy sour cream and topped with buttery breadcrumbs.
Ingredients:
  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  • Break the cauliflower into florets and steam in a covered saucepan until tender.
  • Combine cauliflower in a casserole dish with a delicate mix of sour cream and cheese.
  • Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat, then coat bread crumbs evenly.
  • Top the cauliflower mixture generously with breadcrumbs and bake until golden brown and crispy, around 25 to 30 minutes.
