  • 126.25 gm thickened cream
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 150g milk chocolate, broken into squares
  • 12 Butternut Snap cookies
  • 500ml chocolate-chip ice-cream
  • 80g (king-size) Crunchie chocolate bar, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, blend cream, sugar, and chocolate. Stir with a metal spoon constantly for 3 minutes until chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth. Remove from heat.
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. 2. Gently press a cookie into each cavity of a 12-hole, 2-tablespoon capacity patty pan. 3. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cookies are soft and flexible. 4. Take them out of the oven.
  • Mold cookies into cups by pressing them into the holes, then let them cool completely before placing on serving plates.
  • Place a scoop of chocolate-chip ice cream on top of each cookie cup. Drizzle with cooled chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped Crunchie. Serve and enjoy!
