Homemade ice cream for a refreshing summer treat!
Ingredients:
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 220g packet plain chocolate biscuits, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stopping to stir every 30 seconds with a metal spoon until smooth. Let it cool for 5 minutes before using.
  • With an electric mixer, whip milk and cream until soft peaks form (around 3 to 5 minutes). Slowly add in the cooled chocolate, then fold in the biscuits. Transfer the mixture into an 8 cup-capacity container, cover, and freeze overnight until firm. Serve and enjoy!
