Create a stunning dessert in minutes with a devil's food cake mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 6 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Fluffy White Frosting
  • 6 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan), and grease and lightly flour or spray a 15x10x1-inch pan. Prepare cake batter according to box instructions, then pour into the pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 27 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely, approximately 1 hour.
  • Gently mix in the crushed cookies with the frosting. Slice the cake horizontally in half. Carefully transfer one half of the cake to a serving plate using a wide spatula. Spread half of the frosting mixture evenly over the cake.
  • Place the other half of the cake on top, then generously spread the remaining frosting mixture. Sprinkle with cookie pieces for a lovely garnish. Store the cake loosely covered to keep it fresh.
