Indulge in a homemade Starbucks-style pumpkin bread - moist, spicy, and perfect for autumn cravings.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup canned pumpkin
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and butter a 8 1/2-x4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined; set aside.
  • Using an electric mixer on high speed, combine eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl for about 30 seconds. Add pumpkin and oil, then mix in the flour mixture until batter is smooth. Pour into the loaf pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 70 minutes, until the top is beautifully dark brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
  • Allow the freshly baked bread to cool in the pan for approximately 30 minutes, then gently invert it onto a wire rack to cool thoroughly. Slice it into 1-inch-thick slices.
