Master the art of making versatile pesto effortlessly!
Ingredients:
  • 375.00 ml fresh coriander leaves
  • 82.50 ml unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 long red chilli, chopped
  • 75.90 gm rice bran oil
  • 10.60 gm lime juice
Instructions:
  • Blend together fresh coriander, peanuts, garlic, and chilli until you have a near-smooth consistency, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • While the motor is running, gradually pour in the oil until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl, pour in the lime juice, season with salt and pepper, and stir well to combine.
