Coriander and mint chutney (Dhania-Podina Chatni)

Indian feast? Try our refreshing mint yogurt for a burst of flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 300ml Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 125.00 ml firmly packed coriander leaves
  • 125.00 ml firmly packed mint leaves
  • 13.60 gm desiccated coconut
  • 1 green chilli, seeded, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until creamy. Add a generous pinch of sugar and sea salt for seasoning. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Yields 360ml.
