Coriander and mint chutney with pappadums

Crunchy pappadums with spicy homemade chutney to tantalize your taste buds.
Ingredients:
  • 70g (1/4 cup) Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 62.50 ml fresh coriander sprigs
  • 62.50 ml fresh mint leaves
  • 1 long fresh green chilli, coarsely chopped
  • 10.00 gm tamarind chutney
  • 1 x 100g pkt small pappadums
Instructions:
  • In the bowl of a food processor, combine yoghurt, coriander, mint, chilli, and chutney. Blend until smooth, then season with salt to taste.
  • Microwave the pappadums according to the package instructions, then serve them with the chutney.
