Coriander & mint chutney

Quick and easy fresh chutney elevates any dish, from snacks to grilled meats. Versatile and vibrant, a must-have for flavor-seekers.
Ingredients:
  • 100g fresh coriander
  • 100g fresh mint
  • 3 fresh green chillies
  • 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
Instructions:
  • Separate the coriander and mint leaves and remove the chilli stalks. Combine the herb leaves, chillies, and 1 teaspoon of sea salt with all remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor. Add lime juice, then blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or store the chutney in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
